HCAH has a strong history of excellence that began with Dr. Charles Horton in 1995, but was taken to the next level when Dr. Chris Herring purchased the clinic in 1998. Dr. Herring expanded our pet services with the opening of Covepets in 2013. This facility has specialized grooming, Doggie DayCare, and luxury boarding to help your pet with all of their needs. Dr. Herring has always held a core belief that excellence is the worth the extra effort, and he has instilled his legacy of progressive medicine into our full time associate veterinarians. Dr. Laura Nicely has been practicing here for 9 years, Dr. Rachel Knight joined our team in 2014, and Dr. Rusty Clark came to our facility in 2021.
